The sommelier recommends the following wine:
Riesling Cabinet 2007, Horní Věstonice, Mikulov Sub-region
Except the name, it has nothing in common with Rhine Riesling. It is the third most cultivated variety in the Czech Republic.
The wine has a typical honey bouquet, intense colour, delicate spiciness and a fresh taste. It is a heavier wine with higher alcohol content and it is perfectly suitable for rabbit, but it can be served with a cream sauce too.
